Anthony James Terranova Jr.
President and Chief Designer

After completing my service in the Military and after undergoing a one-month training program in drafting, through the government-sponsored CETA initiative, I secured my first position as an Electromechanical Designer at E-Square Technologies. The company's Owner and President, Ernie Emory, extended a job offer to me based on drawings I had replicated from a library book. My duties encompassed the manual layout of printed circuit boards, mechanical packaging, company documentation management, and roles such as stockroom clerk and shipping and receiving. Since that initial role, I have worked for various organizations involving product design, project oversight, and team management. I possess the ability to adapt to new environments, assess tasks, and perform efficiently with minimal supervision.

Throughout my career, I have consistently committed myself to exceeding expectations in every role I undertake, I often say that I put in 110%. While it is understood that achieving 110% effort is not feasible, I can confidently state that I consistently perform at or near 100%. Minimizing errors is crucial as they incur costs, and my primary objective is to either generate revenue or save money for the company. I maintain a strict standard of accuracy and efficiency. I have developed the ability to appreciate both the broader perspective (The Big Picture) and I have learned to love the intricate details.
